@Briman7@AmericanAir@Delta@JetBlue@SouthwestAir I flew @JetBlue and they were fantastic. I didn’t know it wasn’t protocol across the board to prevent full booking of flights. I feel terribly ignorant and disgusted by this country and how we’ve handled this pandemic.
@AmericanAir Please. Safety is not your first concern. If it were you wouldn’t be booking your flights full. No one prompted people to stay physically distant. It was a free for all. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
@AmericanAir told me I cannot love my MIDDLE SEAT because I didn’t pay. When I told them that they’re exposing me and others to Covid-19 the response was, ‘well, that’s a risk you decided to taken when you chose to fly’. This is wrong. @JetBlue is not booking middle seats!
@AmericanAir is booking full flights. Not practicing social distancing and I was told IF I wanted to move seat to potentially NOT sit next to someone I’d have to pay. This is a PANDEMIC and this is wrong.
@BNBuzz I’ve been able to call and pick up orders since the closure. I’m an educator. And my discount won’t work online, hence why I haven’t ordered myself. I feel like this is unnecessarily complicated. I just want to buy two books with my educator discount and pick them up

@BNBuzz called your Studio City, CA location. Was told I couldn’t order books over the phone, yet ordered from that location 2x the past few weeks. Called your 800 number and waited 30 minutes before hanging up. I’m very disappointed.
