First, weekly YouTube report:
This week, I started testing $10/day lead gen ads + YouTube.
No fancy funnels.
No daily posting.
Just ads → newsletter → YouTube.
The results are amazing 👇
Make it 10.
That’s enough for someone to fall into your rabbit hole and come out saying: “Hey, I want to work with you.”
That happened to me recently— and it took less than 10 minutes to close the call.
So yeah… You don’t need more content.
You need:
I posted 128 videos on YouTube already.
Here’s what works:
- Not the setup quality
- Not the fancy graphics
- Not being the best person in the niche
This is what really works:
1. Picking the right topics
2. Looking at your competition
3. Making your videos 10% better than others
Better = Quicker
Better = More condensed
Better = More Entertaining
Better = More relevant (2024 UPDATED)
Better = More in-depth
Better = More condensed: In-depth value rich videos that cover a specific topic
Better = More in-depth: 2-minute compressed tutorials
End goal: Leave the viewer transformed.
Using this strategy 70% of videos are successful.
You grow fastest when you’re comfortable.
To change your outcomes change your identity.
To change your identity change your actions.
To change your actions change your routine.
Get comfortable being the new you.
The growth will come.
The reason the world is not perfect:
- It hasn’t been done by someone yet
- If it has, it hasn’t been done by enough people
- If it has, it hasn’t been done in your way
Do what you’re being called to.
The world is not yet perfect.
@Nicolascole77 Haha married for 1,5 years. Been together for 7:
1. You 2 fight against 1 problem, not against each other
2. Be direct, take feedback. Humility is key.
3. Compromise sucks - there's always a way that is good for both
4. Ground your relationship in God. It works.
5. Improve
People think the reason they're not getting results is because they're doing the wrong things.
Which is right.
Then they think the solution to doing the wrong things is to sit down and create a strategy.
Which is wrong.
Strategy is a path to get from one place to another.
It's a map to achieve an outcome.
You can create the map yourself or get it from somebody else.
To create it:
1. Pick a direction
2. Make stupid mistakes
3. Stop making stupid mistakes
4. Keep doing it until you grow
To get it:
1. Find somebody who has the map and buy it
2. Keep doing it until you grow
To keep doing it you have to make it easy.
You can't be consistent if you constantly struggle.
I spend max 3 hours per week on YouTube.
Everything I don’t like is systemized and outsourced.
This makes it easy to keep going.
And easy to keep growing.
The system is the key.
The strategy is only the path.
