@jasonlewris Florida is resetting. Had two neighbors sell in the past 3 months, $3.5mm and $2.3mm, coastal Flordia, both sold under a week.
Talking with people selling $750k and under, they cannot sell their homes.

Have any data that supports this anecdotal evidence?

It’s like a beginner lifter vs a pro. When you first start you move quickly to higher weights, but once at those higher weights it takes a lot to continue. This is Buffalos peak.
