A very big part of who you actually are and who you turn out to be later in life depends on the kind of people you spend time with. You unknowingly pick up their habits, their thinking patterns, their perspectives.

When you get into a situation, your brain goes through these checks of "what would x person do right now" and responds. Your food and lifestyle habits start matching theirs, so ofcourse it shows up on your face and body.

Quite literally, from your brain's thinking process to your physique, everything is heavily dependent on the kind of people you keep around you. So, the point I'm trying to make here is that you need to be selfish while picking the people around you.

When you're going to say yes to a new work opportunity, first check what kind of people you'll have around you. When you're picking out a new gym or hangout spot, notice who you'll be waving hi to on a daily basis.

Being the the right rooms and right company literally can make your life.
