I have ordered a bedsheet and immediately after delivery I found it defective. Contacted customer chat support and provided Videos and Images as proof of defects and asked for return and refund. They rejected the claim by quoting invalid request.

Dear @zomato! I ordered a sandwich at 3:55 AM, delivery time was 4:30 AM. When order was not delivered, customer support requested me to wait till 5:00 AM, guess what it was not delivered till 5:30 AM and I was suggested to cancel the order. May I know hw mny yrs reqrd to deliver
