A TC hardly has time for long conversations. Their job is to check tickets across the entire compartment before the next station arrives.

The only time they need to interact with passengers is when someone doesn’t have a valid ticket.

The travel company's staff allegedly gave a false excuse of vehicle breakdown and failed to arrange a replacement bus until 2:30 AM, leaving the mother and infant in a dangerous and vulnerable situation on the highway at 11 PM. When the distressed mother questioned the staff, the driver and his colleagues reportedly argued with her shamelessly instead of addressing her concerns. The horrifying ordeal has sparked widespread outrage, with citizens demanding strict action from the RTO administration against travel companies that prioritize profit over passenger safety and treat women travellers with blatant disrespect. Women passengers are being urged to exercise extreme caution before travelling with such operators.
