@JitendraMeenaDU @BAPSpeak सोलर ऊर्जा लगाने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए। लेकिन एक शर्त के साथ। पूंजी का निवेश किसी का भी हो लेकिन उस जमीन पर, लगने वाले सोलर ऊर्जा ढांचे पर और पैदा होने वाली ऊर्जा पर दो तिहाई स्वामित्व आदिवासी समुदाय, ग्राम सभा या समूह का रहेगा। 5वी अनुसूची और पेसा कानून की मूल भावना भी यही है।
