@EurekaForbes customer care asked me to buy AMC and service engineer is asking to pay even when my aquaguard is covered in AMC. Customer care is of no use.
@RNTata2000@TataCompanies@myvoltas i am fed of following with worst company voltas. Its been 1 month of compalint of water dispenser still no resolution is given. Worst purchase of my life. Branch manager is not responding customer care is not able to help. Whom to reach out?
Service branch says it will be replaced but approval is pending since 2 weeks. Please refund my amount which i have paid. Have your machine collected. I am seriously fed up of this.
@myvoltas worst company ever itโs been 3 weeks since raising a complaint for faulty dispenser still customer team says it will take time. Why provide warranty when you canโt honour it. Do i need tp reach out to consumer court for this. I have all the recordings of customer team!
