UPI registration on the Tata Neu app has been failing for 20+ days on my new phone.
Every attempt shows the same “system upgrade” message.
This is unacceptable for a Tata product offering UPI services.
Please fix this immediately.

Such long outages raise serious concerns about reliability and customer impact.
Please explain how this is justified.
My 90yr grandma hasn’t gone out since COVID. SBI KYC due. Online failed, branch says bring her or doctor note. She’s too old to travel. Please help @TheOfficialSBI 🙏
