Millions of Nepalis abroad are asking for a voice. Not out of protest alone, but out of care.
They follow every political moment, send money home, debate policies online and still remain outside the system when it comes to participation. Geography decides who gets to speak. That is the quiet gap in our democracy.
@janamatnp by @SuperteamNPL@superteam exists to address that gap.
It is a digital public square where Nepalis, wherever they live, can participate in civic decisions through verified identity and transparent, on chain voting. This is not about politics. It is about infrastructure. About making participation possible between elections, not only during crises.
If citizens want to contribute, they should be able to. A student in Tokyo and a voter in Kathmandu deserve the same access to voice.
Democracy today is not only on the streets or at ballot boxes. It also lives online. Janamat is built for that reality.
Participation should be continuous, transparent and borderless. @pmsushilakarki@ECNOfficial@RONBupdates@setopati@TechPanaNP@ekantipur_com
A Nepali PM just said what no Nepali PM has ever said in parliament.
The opposition wants him to apologize.
He hasn't (yet).
Is this brave nationalism or diplomatic immaturity?
I just added my voice on Janamat 🇳🇵

प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन शाहको 'नेपालले पनि भारतको जग्गा मिचेको छ' भन्ने संसद्को अभिव्यक्ति यहाँलाई कस्तो लाग्यो?

When @SuperteamNPL started, we were just a handful of people who thought Nepali talent deserved more global access.
Three hackathon seasons later, this is the room we built.
Builders, founders, lawyers, marketers, all showing up for Demo Day. Hopeful our teams place globally this season. But honestly, this community has already shown what it's made of.
What stays with me is this photo. The people in it. The fact that they showed up.
What’s it like to be at Nepal Demo Day?
This is the wrap of our Demo Day for the @solana Frontier Hackathon.
16 teams. 5 weeks of intense building. $10,000 in local track prizes.
Shoutout to all the amazing founders who demoed 🙌
And that’s a wrap for the Nepal Demo Day! 🇳🇵
What an absolute banger of a day with all the amazing demos.
The future of Nepal’s startup ecosystem on @solana has never looked more exciting.
Note: Local track winner announcements after the main Colosseum results 👀
