@PolicyExpert Still going through a claim that started in January, still don't have anywhere to live, still don't have any money from you to pay for hotels etc, still don't have a builder 6 months on and you still have not sorted alternative accommodation or started the building work. Disgrace

@PolicyExpert Wouldn't use, my house has still not been fixed nor a builder in sight after 6 months, they also have not found me alternative accommodation and to date have not paid a penny towards hotel costs. They want your money but do not care once they have it.
