@thinkmoney Where is the budgeting in the new app, there's no way to see what amounts will be transferred to my card, it makes budgeting impossible! Sort it out ASAP!
@Cex They did, I had an email that said take it back to the shop. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, what does it take to get you lot of idiots to understand that this is ALREADY with trading standards!
Could I ask do any of my followers work for @CEX in the UK? I need to know the secret of getting some customer support from them - of 7 purchases 4 were the wrong items and another was faulty as was it's replacement. Support has been useless so far.
Also your customer support has been utterly abysmal with no attempt made to sort out any of the problems, it is obvious that you are systematically ripping off customers and ignoring their complaints. This could have been so easily avoided if you had actually engaged with me.
@Cex in the morning I will be contacting Trading Standards Wales (https://t.co/yO7DrqrY6j), of the 7 purchases I have made recently 4 have been the wrong product (always a lesser, cheaper product supplied) and 1 was faulty and took 2 attempts for you to provide a working part.
@Cex To add insult to injury the online ram order I received today is indeed PC5300 DDR2, but it's ECC server memory that won't even fit in a consumer system!
@Cex Just checked a radeon 7770 I ordered online a few weeks ago for a friends pc - guess what, it's a 7750! He can't be bothered to change it as he doesn't game. This is on top of having to return a stick of ram TWICE last week as they were faulty, really not happy!
@Cex Seriously, you appear to be systematically selling mislabeled goods, escalate this to someone who won't give your usual canned response - I am furious and will take this further
@Cex Not acceptable, I want some compensation for the time and fuel I've already used and will have to use more of to sort out YOUR MISTAKES! Seriously, how does this even happen, if this isn't sorted out to my satisfaction then Trading Standards it is.
@Cex On Sunday I bought a 660 ti from your bridgend store, today I bought 2 x 4 GB PC17000 DD3 from your Barry store - the 660 ti is actually a 660, and the ram isn't PC1700 its PC12800! What are you going to do to sort this out without me wasting even more time and petrol?
