Everyday we waste 2odd hours no matter what time you leave after 7 in morning to go from Ghodbundar towards Vikhroli or beyond

Traffic usually starts from kapurbawadi flyover and stretches post airoli flyover
And in evening before mulund toll naka flyover till same kapurbawadi flyover due to split/merge of bhiwandi going traffic. wasting so many manhours and productivity
Roads too are pathetic not sure if they even qualify as definition of roads seeing conditions
no early signs of any diversion or blocks
They could use technology like drones for air patrolling to monitor realtime blocks and announce or use large display to guide or navigate instead of using it for marketing or ad revenue all time

Support says funds will be on hold till 10days and adjusted against card
I tried making payments today 2days missed overdue

And i have to bear another 8days of late fee interest and obviously cibil impact if applicable for this additional 8 days.

Being 1.5decade long standing customer such experience is calling change of bank decision

If bank can’t be loyal to customer why should customer be loyal to bank

Are banks given authority to hold account balance if credit card payment is missed?

And that too without customers consent and no intimation of holding account balance.

Need legal help here as customer support are helpless with this being standard procedure and not able to release even if we want to make payments.
