For example for solar a production capacity on the terawatt scale is needed and the challenges are well known. Writing a review paper is a ton of work and I am glad my PhD students were willing to take that on. Mina, Maryam and their co-authors produced an excellent overview over perovskite based triple junction solar cells which you can find here:
