@WaltDisneyWorld Hey, man. Y'all stopped the boats from the French Quarter and told us all to catch the bus to Disney Springs. Well, the 1815 bus came, saw there were a ton of ppl waiting and drove right on by. Great service.
@RobertIger Please train your employees to warn people when inclement weather is approaching. Instead, cast members took shelter by the bathrooms and sang Backstreet Boys while the guests fended for themselves without warning. This was the 2100 Fantasmic show.

@WDWGuestService How about training your staff at Fantasmic to alert people already in the stands to incoming weather. They were all seeking shelter at the bathrooms instead of telling people to leave before storms arrived. Now they are celebrating and singing Back Street Boys.
