And highly use of unfair and unethical lending practices. They put you in cash management once they find 1 of any default and the cmbs borrower loses control of credit card sales and any rents that affect payment of payroll and prop tax paying sales taxes.

I implore your office to please look into CMBS loans. There currently is no governing authority to monitor these loans. They are pitfalls once a loan enters special servicing. Trust me I know, I am in 1. Vry unfair
