@KTRoffice @KTRTRS Dear KTR Sir, our Govt water scheme is not appropriate, firstly they are charging 3 times for the people who do not have NOC sent 5months bills at a time, bill is showing different reading to the actual, water board saying free water scheme is only for slums.

What kind of a water policy, payed house tax, having permission, even then water board is sending 6 months water bill, with out any 20kl concession.
