Outside of ~20 feet I am now 100% committed to heads up putting. I have tinkered with it in the past, but I am now 100% all in.

My distance control is so much better, especially on severe uphill/downhill putts, or on multi-tier putts.

Why outside ~20 feet? Inside that distance I can see the putter move out of the corner of my eye, which I don't really like. Everyone will be different with this.

If you have not tried heads up putting, I STRONGLY encourage you to kick the tires.

Huge shoutout to @SashoMacKenzie for opening my eyes to this approach. He has studied this and found most players improve when switching to heads up putting.
