🚨John Cornyn Fights for Afghans, But Not for Texans

In 2021, Senator John Cornyn worked overtime to bring Afghan refugees into the United States and into Texas.

He pushed it publicly. He met with NGOs. He praised the resettlement pipeline. He fought harder for Afghan arrivals than he has ever fought for Texans.

But look at one of the MANY things RAIR has warned him about - and he still says nothing.

Plano taxpayers gave one million dollars to a mosque whose imam teaches that husbands may strike their wives.

He tells men they can hit their wives “to bring her back to her senses” and warns only not to beat them so severely that they die. This has all been documented. Yet Cornyn has stayed silent.

He can speak up for Afghans, but not for Texas women.

He can demand compassion for refugees, but not demand accountability for institutions preaching abuse inside his own state.

And it raises the obvious question.

Why isn’t Senator Cornyn asking who is funding the explosion of mosques across Texas, now over 300 and rapidly expanding?

Why isn’t he demanding to know who is bringing in the people trying to build Islamic enclaves and mega-projects across the state?

Why does he never question vetting, foreign influence, or the networks behind this growth?

Because Cornyn helped build the pipeline.

And he won’t challenge the system he supported.

Texas deserves leaders who protect Texans first. Not leaders who stay silent while dangerous ideologies grow inside the state.

Not leaders who look the other way while women are put at risk.

Not leaders who fight harder for Afghan resettlement than for the safety of their own constituents.

Texas, this is your wake-up call. Cornyn’s priorities are not your priorities.

If Cornyn refuses to defend Texans, then Texans must defend themselves - and that begins with voting him out before the lone star state resembles Afghanistan instead of the country we love.
