@TexasLucha @PrattyTweets @Ace109610 WCW never got 10 million viewers, let alone for 5 years straight. WWF and WCW, at times, combined for that many. They also had segments that reached that level, but very rarely. Also, the dynamic of television has changed. Only live sports pulls multi-multi-million viewers weekly

@Ace109610 I agree and disagree. AEW has likely had more game-changing moments for AEW than WCW had for WCW. However, nothing AEW has done has made a dent in WWE proper. AEW hasn't managed to pull off a Hogan-level defection. Punk could have been close had he not been gone for 7 years
