@WSUPullman and @UCCS alum that loves football, music and exploring the PNW with my beautiful wife and silly dogs. Views are mostly pointless and always my own.

interesting how many people called that guy's outfit gay but would have called the slim-fit outfit gay in the early 2000s. fundamentally, lots of guys have no aesthetic sensibility outside of not wanting to stand out, which they fear will lead to bullying or lower social standing. this fear does not comport with our shared understanding of masculinity, so they use chauvinist or homophobic phrases like "that looks gay" so as to not indict themselves in being less masculine or confident.
regardless of what you think of the outfit, the correct thing to do is show off your gf's efforts. should you think there are changes you'd like to see later, you can address that privately in the future in the form of friendly suggestions. but the relationship is more important than the length of your pants or whatever, so it's good to proudly post her work.
i have no opinion on what it means to be masculine, but surely being supportive of your gf has to be more masculine than the unceasing fear of dressing differently from the average man.
The last three times a new Pope was elected, the Seahawks have made the Super Bowl as the No. 1 seed.
◽️ 2005: Pope Benedict XVI elected, SEA to SB XL

One of my former research assistants was killed by ICE in Minneapolis today😢
Alex was the kindest, sweetest human and a ICU nurse with a bright future ahead of him
May his soul rest in peace and this senseless carnage stop💔
Still trying to figure out what the heck @metparkstacoma was thinking when they buzzcut Wapato Dog Park, turning a dog paradise into a barren field of debris and sharp sticks. Saddest of all, it’s eerily quiet on a Sunday morning. Few birds left to call it home.
It's all so patronizing.
Why do you believe the engaged Democrats who care deeply about winning in 2026 and 2028 cannot handle the information you've gathered, @kenmartin73?
Winning off-year elections should not give us a false sense of comfort. It's a strange justification for sitting on a report you said we needed and pledged to release.
We are a big political movement that has to be able to have hard debates - and if we can't, no amount of momentum from wins in 2025 will matter.
From @TheAthletic: “Sad Vandy Kid,” a college football fan named Jesse Pullen, became a meme when a camera caught him alone in the stands with Vanderbilt losing 52-0. Years later, we caught up with Pullen, now Dr. Sad Vandy Kid. Life is pretty sweet now. https://t.co/1kSpFIHnPH
Breaking News: Nexstar and Sinclair, which control over 20% of ABC affiliates, will not broadcast Jimmy Kimmel’s TV return tonight. https://t.co/H09crVFgrS
Wow. This is the key development. Nexstar wants a merger that needs FCC approval. They are taking an unprecedented action to de-platform a comedian at the overt request of the administration.
This is a free speech issue but its also yet another example of Trump Admin corruption
Not one federal dollar currently goes to giving undocumented people Medicaid and you know that.
What DOES need to be said is that Republicans are set to kick 17 million Americans off their health insurance.
Even GOP Senators admitted this. And Floridians are going to suffer.
Yeah, what a nasty monster:
“Let me make one final plea, Mr. President. Millions have put their trust in you and, as you told the nation yesterday, you have felt the providential hand of a loving God. In the name of our God, I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now."

Marshawn Lynch rumbled his way into our hearts - and seismographs - in a game-sealing 67-yard TD against the Saints in the NFC wild card round. #BeastQuake
Don't need to watch my replay to know that's a capital E Effort game.
A true thank you to all the seniors, and to those transferring that stuck around to play the season all the way to the end.
We're in for an interesting 2025!
