yep, you're either:
- the strongest candidate, probably better than the entire team there now and will be given all of the work as a result, and your life will be hell
- not a good fit and the recruiter is bad at their job and you will be fired quickly
- going to join a team that's falling apart and haven't seen the red flags yet (this is one of them)
