@Uber_Support We received a full refund, so I dealt with the shop directly and had to collect it. Wasn’t a great night to finish my wife’s 30th birthday but at least we have eaten now! Thank you for the fast response.

@Uber_Support Order refunded thank you. I was advised by the driver that he wasnt collecting it but then he marked it as delivered so was frustrated. I feel a process to flag an issue during the delivery would be helpful and proof of collection as he never went in but said he collected it.
