@alegnasass I agree. However, the culture in my store was a bit toxic. They’ve conditioned us to feel afraid to speak up about what’s wrong. I was told multiple times in the past to “use positive intent.” It’s tough to break that mentality

I’m honestly so enraged and saddened by what protestors are experiencing these past few days. And unfortunately, I feel like the only one of my friends who feels that way.

@tiredtechnician I’m so sorry to hear how unhelpful your SL was. When you’re prepared, I would reach out to HR and provide all of these examples. Other coworkers may go through the same things and this could help others too! I’m glad you were able to get out of it though ❤️
