Started with hundred boards, & they still equal 1,000. Ss worked to create the “coolest” structure, by exchanging 100s for 10s & 1s.

I don’t know one kid who strives to be “bad”, yet many are told they are when they act out. Adults must be mindful of how we label a child’s behavior, because all of it is communication. They are counting on us to help them through it and meet their need. #traumainformed #edchat
