#BREAKINNEWS According to information I have received from diplomatic sources, the governments of Somalia, the Republic of Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey have seriously taken into account the threat they believe is coming from the separatist group known as Somaliland.

Somalia, which holds international recognition over all Somali territories, has reportedly concluded that the northwestern region currently administered by the separatist movement should be brought fully under the authority of the federal government.

The Republic of Djibouti, which shares a border with the region, has also reportedly become increasingly concerned about what it views as a significant security threat emanating from the group.

Consequently, these countries are expected to meet soon in Djibouti City to discuss the measures they may take to address the situation and, as they see it, safeguard stability in the Horn of Africa.

The Kingdom of Sweden has instructed its Embassy accredited to Somalia to undertake direct and constructive engagement with the authorities of North Eastern State of Somalia, in close coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia.

Furthermore, the Government of Sweden has directed that all development cooperation programmes and projects supported by Sweden in Somalia be implemented in an inclusive and equitable manner, ensuring that North Eastern State of Somalia receives its appropriate share of such support.

This decision reflects Sweden’s continued commitment to multilateral cooperation, respect for established frameworks, and the promotion of inclusive, sustainable development throughout Somalia.

I am deeply concerned about the continuous interference of the British government in the internal affairs of Northeastern State of Somalia. The actions and meetings being presented under the name of “security cooperation” appear to undermine the sovereignty and statehood of the Somali people living in the northeastern State regions.

The Somali people and the Northeastern State have the full right to manage their own security and political affairs independently, without any foreign power infringing upon their destiny or their right to self-determination.

We call on the British government to understand that the Somali people will overcome any attempt to destabilize their nationhood and unity.

Furthermore, I urge the Federal Government of Somalia to review and restructure its relationship with the United Kingdom to prevent any interference that could harm the sovereignty and national interests of the Somali people.

Somalia is a free nation, and the people of Northeastern State Of Somalia are brave and resilient. They will never accept a new form of colonialism disguised as cooperation.
