Science is inherently about pursuing more knowledge to understanding the world better. If more people are identifying outside of their sex at birth, this can also be observed and studied

Regardless the debate of if there are 2 sexes or not, it is inaccurate to say there are only 2 genders when gender is a social construct. Yes, sex is biological, no one denies that

We can have longer discussions on what's healthy or not, but basing it on BMI is too limited. This itself is on the CDC site where it has the same Calc. as the WHO site

If you're concerned by patriarchy (rightly so) why are you focusing on a 1% minority and not the 50% population of men?
