I have concerns about a stay and sent an email to guest.correspondence and when I got no reply, I sent another to Priorityletter. Again No response. Quality of service is going down. Time to choose another hotel

@AmericanAir flight from FLL to CLT at 5:22 delayed because crew wasn’t here. Crew finally got here and Pilots times out. New flight time 10:30. Missing another crew member. So now 11:30 and waiting for a crew member to get her from Miami. This is a circus. Offered nothing
@HiltonHonors it has been a week since the Home2Suites canceled the second night of my reservation without verifying with me first. After 2 phone calls and two different cases opened I have yet to receive the 30,000 points I spent for the night they canceled on me. ~ Diamond Memb
@UPS I huge thank you for delivering my package days late and then delivering a torn empty envelope with the contents missing. Not contact, no note, no message, no phone call. You must be very proud of the quality of your service
@UPS is easily the worst organization around. Not only did they lose a very important package. They also lied and said I refused delivery while I was home all day. Then their representative told me I would receive a phone call from the local office ASAP - which is closed today
