@disneyfan68 @VirginAtlantic Same for us. Family of 4, london heathrow to San Francisco on 10 July. Now 15 days without luggage. First 10 days was supposedly the fault of london heathrow. But now, been in hands of Virgin in San Francisco for the last 7 days. Every day, we have the same email, “working on it”
