That's the shift. Specialized recovery knowledge, the kind you used to pay a lab a premium for under pressure, is collapsing into a conversation with an agent that can actually run the commands.

Here's the uncomfortable part. I can't tell you the exact commands it ran. I'm not a recovery engineer.
I described the problem in plain language and the expertise showed up. The scarce thing was never the NAND. It was knowing what to do with a controller that won't enumerate.
