Ubaya/uzuri wa kenya you just can't dismiss someone, you have to do the whole song & dance of disciplinary hearings & giving the guy a 'fair' chance to respond
AI will not replace advocates. But an advocate who cannot tell a real authority from a fabricated one is exposed.

@Eddie_Mugoh I saw the same bizarre argument from a Nigerian who was denying the impact of Mansa Musa - THE RICHEST MAN IN HISTORY!
Something is happening.. . Are they upgrading bots to paid agents?
Kuna siku EPRA itaamka kuongeza electricity bills wakute customer wamebaki nao ni government offices pekee.
I love the rate at which clients are doing solar
Funny how we were talking about this barely 3 months ago on these streets. If you know someone affected by the layoffs at Microsoft, please accord them grace.

But this is excellent life advice in general. Iwe ni bibi unatufata, kazi, building a business, growing your career. Show up, keep your chin up, never doom.
The real exchange rate is the price of posho;
1kg of premium Ugandan posho is ugx 200 and also Kes 300, a tray of eggs (24pcs) is nearly free in Uganda & Kes 550.
Oya eat your currency now.
😂😂😂
In as much we meme Traore, we should borrow a leaf and take economic nationalism very seriously. The folks like Bygones and Cox telling us about concentrating on the service industry , when multinationals are publicly confirming that all the remote service jobs will be automated by SI ,is just choosing to double down on stupidity at this point.
Hakuna kutoroka sweatshops akiz. Hakuna kabisa!
There's some glee and a constipated grin pasted across the collective face of the @ODPP_KE as they give a blow by blow account of Cohen's murder trial so I like any other trial.
Daily updates complete with HD images
Are these paid ads, or is @ODPP_KE overcompensating something?
Im a single issue voter - tax cuts or burst. Idc about social services/education/teachers, idc about bond markets or the 1% of the population (govt workers) consuming 10% of the gdp in terms of salaries. So far ni tu Sifuna has mentioned tax cuts
God bless the day we'll get politicians & bureaucrats who can reason in second order effects & higher, si juzi Ruto alikua anasema middle class needs to be taxed more
If your gross salary is Ksh 200k in Kenya, your employer spends roughly KSh 209,580 to KSh 214,580 monthly on you for salaries only. And you’re still not getting the full 200k. You’ll take home roughly 137k.
Many professionals negotiate using the Net salary, so technically, you’re not a 200k person you’re a sub 150k person.
To give you a net of 200k, your employer will have to spend roughly 304k on you monthly for just salary.
Now put yourself in the shoes of the employer who most probably has other obligations like VAT, corporate tax, real estate etc.
Good will from the government could help. Eg If you employ a certain number, you get tax credits. The money will still eventually land at KRA only this time more money in circulation. More people spending in restaurants etc increasing tax collected.
Shida ya ruto & ndii is they think they can get away with infinite taxation. Even in Muqadimah, Ibn Kaldun records how literal warlords knew there are economic limits on how much they can extract from the conquered, sembuse a democracy in a globalized world where ppl have options
The cost of employing in Kenya is massively high. My employer is hiring in Belgrade, Serbia where the cost is half.
For same gross, someone in Belgrade takes home more in net
S/ware engineer $2k :Kenya $4k
Tech sales (AM/AE) $1.5k :Kenya $5k
BDR/SDR $1k :Kenya $2k
