I actually think his temperament is exactly why he will win a major one day. He wants these big moments while there are so many players ranked at the top of the game that shy away from the big moments in majors
So he agreed to a deal for a lesser suspension…. 🤨🧐Hmmmm I feel like I remember someone criticizing someone for doing that exact thing last year. I could be misremembering though 🙃
BREAKING:
Nick Kyrgios has been handed a one-month suspension after testing positive for cocaine in an out-of-competition sample.
He's been serving a provisional suspension since August 4th and will be eligible to return to competition on September 4th.
During an interview with ITIA investigators, Kyrgios said he had used cocaine socially during a night out several days before he was scheduled to compete in Mallorca.
Under WADA rules, the standard suspension for this type of violation is three months. However, Nick agreed to complete a treatment program approved by the ITIA, allowing his suspension to be reduced to one month.

Definitely. It’s crazy that they’ve only played once in the past two years. It would also be their first matchup in a major final and Sabalenkas number 1 would be on the line. Would be a massive final for the sport between the 2 best players of this generation
Rafa Jodar was asked about people online discussing his shoelaces breaking during matches and if he’s more aware now of how he might be perceived online
“Tough one. I'm sure you've probably seen online throughout the year some people talking about how your shoelaces break and things like that. I'm just wondering, are you more aware now of how you'll just be perceived online depending on what you said?”
Rafa: “What's the question?”
Moderator: “It had to do with delays during matches.”
Rafa: “The shoelaces didn't break today. So the question? What is the question? I don't know. I don't know the question.”
“Sorry, I'm sure like when your shoelaces were breaking… I'm sure you noticed a lot of people were talking about it online. I'm wondering, are you worried that if you talk about your physical condition… if people might think you're making excuses, basically?
Rafa: “Doesn't make sense.”
Moderator: “We can go to the next question.“

Carlos Alcaraz's US Open title run in 2025 was arguably the most dominant performance by any man at a Grand Slam this century
His serve was only broken 3 times the whole tournament, and he only faced 10 break points!
Iga is a 6x major champ, only active player to win slam on every surface, 7th most weeks at no. 1 in the HISTORY of the sport, 12 1000 titles, longest win streak of 21st century, THE MOST successful player of this generation and can’t get a show court over 500 title winner Eala
His Slam matches are nearly all the same “6-3, 6-4, 6-4” scoreline with insane servebotting and then he says ‘Happy to be here, tough match, lets see whats coming 😐’ like clockwork
Actually it’s a really huge deal to have a 25 year old 6 time major champ on an outside court especially when the player scheduled in her place greatest accomplishment is a 500 title
Iga Swiatek scheduled off Ashe/Armstrong for the first time since 2021.
Not a big deal overall, Osaka/Eala are unique, etc, but wouldn't happen to a men's player with that resume.
The disrespect shown towards Iga is disgraceful. Just a terrible look for the sport. This is the Wta equivalent of putting sinner or alcaraz on an outside court. Her career accomplishments are right in line with theirs but the respect sure is not smh
Such a misleading discussion the 76ers have 13 b2bs this year the league average is 14.2. Every east team plays every west team two times there’s no advantage here. Teams are healthier at the start so it might actually be a disadvantage to have west coast trips backloaded
Theo Pinson says the NBA is trying to set up Lebron to go to the Finals with the schedule they gave the 76ers and Deron Williams says they need to be investigated
Never seen a supposed "GOAT" always need so much help like Lebron
