@VirginAtlantic Next time I fly with you I won’t do any pre check in information and waste my own time, I’ll just do it all at the airport at the check in counter. Why are British airlines apps so useless
@VirginAtlantic I’ve checked in online for my flight, but can’t add an extra bag through the online check in. It says I have to do so at the airport. You’ve said all along I can add and pay at check in online. What’s the point of your app if you can’t do the basics
@VirginAtlantic Also, thought you my offer any upgrades available at check in but no again. So it seems a waste of time checking in online as I’ve not benefited at all from the process. Plus how do I add bags at the airport? Is it at the counter or kiosk or another way?
@British_Airways I’ve tried on Microsoft edge and the page still doesn’t load. What are you doing about this issue as I won’t be able to book reward flights until I find out what’s happened on my friends list which I can’t access?
@British_Airways what’s wrong with your website? I can’t get on my household account or friends account, it fails to load and sends you back to the sign in page. I’ve had enough of your poor IT it’s beyond a joke. I can’t book reward flights because of this issue.
@British_Airways I’ve tried my phone & iPad and it doesn’t work. And also tried a family members iPad and it still doesn’t load. So I can’t get on my household account to check what’s happened to the friends list, so can’t book reward flights. This is totally on you & your poor IT.
@JetBlue you cancelled my flight & have offered two shockingly poor flights as alternatives. I’ve been on your website, there are better flight options than what you’ve offered.

@British_Airways today useless BA IT department have sent me an email congratulating me on booking a trip with my companion voucher. 1, I don’t have a companion voucher. 2, therefore haven’t booked a trip. This now has me concerned that my account has been hacked. Sort it out.
@British_Airways 2/2 but when I’ve tried to set up a new household account, none of the invitations email get sent out. You are the most useless company to deal with when it comes to doing anything simple.
@British_Airways again your website/IT is useless. I’m trying to shut down an household account due to my dad not being able to manage it anymore due to I’ll health. But it still active even though I’ve followed to instructions to close it. 1/2
@British_Airways waiting outside the terminal at Tenerife South airport airside waiting to board. We could’ve staying in the cool terminal, but no this crap airline makes you wait in the heat & humidity.
@British_Airways now I can’t sigh in to the website but I can on the app, but it doesn’t have any of my bookings on the app. And when I try to add/find booking it doesn’t recognise the reference number. This is ridiculous, such poor service
@British_Airways twice in the last month my ba account has been locked, but I get no notification of my account being locked. WTF is going on with your IT department. You’ve been hack multiple times in last few years, so every time I wonder if this has happened again.
