@VodafoneUK Your customer support team has already promised a follow up.. and Mr.Imanjit has been very helpful despite all the chaos.. what is it gonna take for u guys to send a replacement router. Your policy is crazy when the problem is with the router.. I m happy to send the old router

@VodafoneUK As a former CTO of a big retail company myself I know when a router is faulty.. I can’t understand why your tech team despite taking a video call constantly say the router is fine
