Myntra doing fraudulent activities on orders!
Placed this order 1 month ago (Order ID # 1300848 11608422337503) & Myntra has it undelivered even after many followups & giving excuses on support calls

Myntra has been postponing this issue for more than 2 months now and now they don't even contact or respond to solve this issue. I would request to please ban such online apps in India to prevent customers.

@MyntraSupport@jagograhakjago Hi! Obviously I understand your side for past 2 months now where Myntra is doing zero followups and simply postponing the refund for 2 months now. Its as delayed support as possible to avoid refund for this mistake which you made during replacement of the order.

@MyntraSupport Your team has contacted in past few times and all they do is ask me to wait for 4 more days. Again, I reach out and they ask me to wait for 4 more days. There is no solution from your end at all. Its been more than 1 month for this issue now. @jagograhakjago

@MyntraSupport Hi Mr. MS, The delivery agent is again asking for product while giving the shirt. I am repeating for many weeks that I have already given the original item on 28th Jun'25. Why are you not notifying delivery agents? And the support chat is also not working.
