@allencpa@sridhar_kondoji As I said before, Eagle line is like a Costco sample stand, the output is much lower than most people think. They barely give enough for new customers sampling and VW. They can’t afford extra 980 cells (a new Ducati). Another reason is timing, it’s gonna be really huge live event
@Camp4 Elon has never been acted in good faith for his employees, but different stories for the shareholders tho. When the times are hard, first thing he does is cutting his employees wages and benefits. But his compensation can’t be touched becuz it was stock based not dollar based.
@allencpa@ironmantimholme Not sure why people keep pushin Tim—prolly because he’s active here. But he’s just the CTO, not the one calling the shots at QS. Expecting him to act outside his role would only create awkward dynamics within the executive team.
@BullRush__ Let’s say you are right bro it might be early but bro understand that I didn’t make that JDA with Fluence in 2022 and went silent. QS did lol.
@BullRush__ Right they are not going after BESS hence Fluence deal fell through.
It makes you wanna punch yourself for buying more QS when insiders keep selling beyond tax covering. Insiders shouldn’t sell until the company sees meaningful revenue. LOL.
@BullRush__ Tech evaluation has completed long time ago bro news is that JDA is not advancing hence delays. Also it signals that Fluence deal fell through hence not being focused on BESS.
@Defiantclient2 Idk man. Unlike Siva, it seems that Kev likes to celebrate early (judging from his interviews). Who knows if they built manually to finish those half ass Eagle line’s cells. Read under the “Demonstration”, Eagle initial volumes has yet to be demonstrated.
@Defiantclient2 Additionally, it signals that Fluence deal fell thru as Fluence is focused on BESS portion. Fluence never said any testing of QS cells or any test results whatsoever. There’re many data center specialized companies racing for 800VDC transitioning, QS is not even close to compete
@C1_dF9432@Defiantclient2@QuantumScapeCo Ima leak the announcement. It goes, “QS have entered into a JDA with a leading global data center company to explore options to develop advanced BESS. We will give an update in next 5years as it progresses. As part of the JDA, they pay $10M in compute power so it’s not revenue”.
@stevelevine $QS See how OEMs reveal their partners.
Y2040, QS would be like we are working with a Top 10 automaker by revenue, a top 10 automaker by emissions, some secret partners from South Korea and Japan, someone who own EV from Ohio, 800V DC, 30,000V DC..it goes on and on for nothing 😂
@Defiantclient2@QuantumScapeCo It’s kinda pathetic if you’d ask me. They had to edit and repost their own video again. PR team has no material nor creativity oh well QS has no card.
@BullRush__@VW@powerco As I said before, Eagle line is like a Costco sample stand very small but a proof of concept to PCO that it could be scale without having too much waste, in other words “good yield”. If PCO refuse to scale the Eagle line, done.
