Enzymes that are in milk aren’t the kind that help you digest it, those are in your stomach. Microbes in raw milk are not probiotic and therefore don’t help digestion

Somehow I manage to be bmi 20 and in good physical shape, and the only working out I do is walking. Its 80% diet and 20% exercise

There are vids out there where it’s cows milk which they shouldn’t eat, but most of them probably aren’t
