@TedDeChaneDPT I have times when I have to sleep in the day. I can't fight it for long, but sleep exhausts me & it can take 1 hour to drag myself out of the sleep/wake treacle/fog then I feel drained for hours. I often have insomnia, but that seems to be unrelated to daytime sleeping.
