This is not in Gaza, it is in Eritrea. It is not in the countryside, but in Asmara, the capital city of Eritrea.
​These are not homeless people sleeping on the street, this is inside #Halibet, one of the biggest hospitals in Asmara. People come to the hospital to seek medical treatment, but due to a lack of services, they are forced to sleep on the ground just to secure a spot in line for the next day. As you can see in the video, imagine coming to a hospital for medical treatment only to sleep in a cold, uncomfortable and dirty environment on the hard ground. It is an additional illness in itself.
