What if the AmericanPeople were able to get a return on the investment in their tax dollars?Our government has given away our money to corporations for decades and the corporations did not give the tax payers any return on our investment except for the taxes paid after they were profitable.
Now that we are asking for a return if the investment works out, you are against it?
This feels like the missing piece of how we finally can stop paying so much in taxes because we get to INVEST our funds in what are priorities for our country.
Wouldn’t it be beautiful if the taxes we pay now are invested to grow our economy and that our children and grandchildren will have a lower tax burden or even NO tax burden because we finally did something smart with our tax dollars?

And no it is not communism to invest and expect a return. It is communism to seize the means of production which is not what is being done here.

It’s sounds like you need to study what happens in the “real world” when these policies are applied. That would be studying History!
If I remember anything from my Economic degree is that my professors said “the Real World is not taken into consideration in our calculations “. Econ is theory, history shows the results of its application.

The doctors submit labs directly to the lab processor. The patient has to be super informed in order to have any idea this exists.
Also the EHR”s integrate with these huge labs that act like monopolies. Until that is fixed the patient will rarely get the benefit of cheaper labs.

Your money is worth less and prices are higher because of government spending. Life used to be more affordable until the government spent like drunken sailors for decades while getting less results for each dollar spent.
It is not the corporations that made life unaffordable, it was the unintended consequences of too much government.

The insurance system is broken - no question. The question I have wrestled with for some time is how do we create a system that patients who barely make enough for the basics of life access this care without more government intervention?
I have not come up with an answer to that question yet.
You me and other high earners can this - no problem and would have great results.
But what about the working poor.? They should have access to good healthcare as well and right now if they have a good employer paid policy they get it. If that does not exist - what do they do in a cash only medical world?

Agreed - some of these plans are awful. But going full cash pay eliminates many patients from accessing your care, in our current system. That is just reality.
I am not against paying cash for my healthcare and usually prefer it because I can access so many things that insurance does not cover and usually work better than insurance covered care - but I can afford it. Many can’t.

@Hstlinghosptlis @realdocspeaks $150 a month to access a doctor and then what happens when you need labs, MRI, CT, surgery, diagnostics, etc… The physician appointment is only in small piece of the puzzle.

I am not an advocate for insurance, I actually despise that system - but it’s the one we e got and more government control is not the answer either.
While we are working within this system we currently have - the people with less resources get their medical care covered through insurance. If you go cash only (in our current system) then many patients will be unable to access your care.
That is unfortunately the reality of the system we are currently in.

These “news” company’s have completely ignored their responsibility to the American people. President Trump was ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE - they are silencing the American people by silencing our President.
We now need to look into every company that chose not to air this speech and investigate their part in aiding our enemies.

This is exactly how they work. I have met several CCP operatives that offer “friendship and cooperation”. They have shown up at non profits and big educational institutions I sat on boards for.
Each time I shared what they were really doing with the rest of the board and had them look into their background luckily they saw the truth and we blocked their advances…but there are so many who are unaware and welcome them with open arms.
One of these operatives was trying to build a friendship with me and told me how the CCP forced her into this role to “advance friendships and cooperation“ by threatening her family and future career.
They play the long game and are very patient - they are NOT seeking friendship.

This is brilliant! Our military veterans will be so much better than what we have now.
My daily commute is awful in California, you have semi trucks driving in the left lanes of the 5 fwy, texting and driving, swerving, following too close, not using blinkers, etc. . Every time I look to see who is driving and it is always the same type of driver. 🧐.

My instinct is that the rise of DSA in America is not natural. This is being funded by our enemies and we must stop this.
Unfortunately, we have way too many young people who do not understand basic economics and the down stream consequences of what they are asking for.

@RepJackKimble I would serve in Congress for free. Our greatest leaders throughout history have chosen not to accept payment for public service. Whining that it is not enough is laughable. If money is why you are doing this then step down and let a true patriot take your place.

@noregretvet_ It takes time to gather evidence to ensure conviction. They are working on it, so many bad actors to put together in a grand conspiracy. This hearing they are giving him a chance to purger himself. I believe the arrests will begin sometime this year, but we will see.

I am bleeding my pockets dry paying astronomical prices for a half broken internet connection just to read what the outside world is saying. And let me be honest, it is absolutely infuriating to see how completely disconnected so many of you are from the actual mood of the people inside Iran.
