Through continuous training, our women partners across the four regions of Rwanda are mastering the art of picking the right cherry, protecting the integrity of their coffee from the very first step.
With each harvest, they are unlocking skills, building confidence, and shaping coffees that meet the highest standards.
This Earth Month, we return to where it all begins: the soil. 🌱
Healthy soil, responsible land use, and the application of best agricultural practices are not merely techniques; they form the foundation of resilient communities and a thriving planet.
At Sustainable Growers, our work is grounded in equipping farmers with practical, climate-smart approaches that restore the land while enhancing livelihoods and long-term productivity.
In caring for the land, we safeguard the systems that sustain us all. 🌍

What an inspiring and joyful celebration of #IWD2026!
Today, our CEO, Christine Condo, joined our remarkable women partners from TUK Co-op in Rwanda’s Eastern Province, together with local government leaders, to celebrate the strength, leadership, and achievements of the cooperative's members.
Hosted by the cooperative’s members, the event recognized the incredible dedication and resilience of their 165 women coffee producers, women who continue to drive quality, sustainability, and progress within their communities.
In a heartfelt moment of appreciation, TUK Co-op honored each member with a mattress as a token of gratitude for their commitment and for the successful harvest of the previous season. It was a celebration not only of hard work, but of shared success, partnership, and collective growth.
Together, we celebrate the women who are shaping stronger cooperatives, more resilient communities, and a brighter future for the next generation.
