It’s now proven that corporate climate polluters had a direct line into the PM’s office.

His Chief Policy Adviser, Matt Burgess, of #Atlas junk tank @nzinitiative, was using a private Gmail account to dodge transparency laws, while corporate giants handed over secret briefing documents.

Then, like magic, National rewrites the law to protect those exact corporations from being sued for their emissions.

The PM claims he had absolutely no record and no idea what was happening inside his own building.

So - Is Luxon fundamentally corrupt and dishonest, or completely incompetent and oblivious to what his own staff are doing?

Or both?

Demanding basic democratic transparency is now being framed as "politicking" by this govt of policy, and law changes, to order for it's corporate backers.
