@thyayyy@dbalsz@guychristensen_ The statement is the evidence others are meant to use to make a claim. I talk about my experience, a reporter compiles my testimonial with others and makes a claim around them. It isn't always easy, or possible, for someone to get the evidence they would need.
@thyayyy@dbalsz@guychristensen_ It's a testimonial, as in someone's personal experience. It's the same thing news sources would use in their articles. Just because it's a screenshot of an Instagram post doesn't make it any less plausible. If you go ask the person who made the post you could verify the claim.
@the_jefferymead ICE agents aren't cops, they only have jurisdiction over immigration and therefore have no right to even attempt to force someone out of their car without reasonable suspicion of immigration issues.
