Darin argumentiere ich unter anderem:

Die Deindustrialisierung ist messbar.

Laut IW-Berechnung hat Deutschland allein zwischen 2019 und 2025 rund 400.000 Industriearbeitsplätze durch Chinas Handelspolitik verloren.

Die Rechnung der Deutschland AG geht nicht mehr auf.

Wenn VW und BMW in China Gewinne erzielen, ist das nicht mehr zwingend gut für Deutschland. Produktion verlagert, Gewinne an internationale Aktionäre, Arbeitsplätze abgebaut.

Der Lobbyzugriff ist institutionalisiert.

Die 19. Asien-Pazifik-Konferenz in Seoul leiten Siemens-CEO Roland Busch (Vorsitzender des Asien-Pazifik-Ausschusses der Deutschen Wirtschaft, APA) und Wirtschaftsministerin Katherina Reiche — in dieser Rangfolge. Die neue Chinakommission des Bundestages besetzt ihren BDI-Sitz mit dem Koordinator des APA, also der organisierten China-Lobby. Wie soll unter diesen Bedingungen De-Risking funktionieren?

Geopolitische Risiken sind bislang noch nicht eingepreist.

Laut der Rhodium Group würde eine Seeblockade Taiwans die Weltwirtschaft bereits über zwei Billionen Dollar kosten. Und Bloomberg Economics rechnet vor: ein Krieg um Taiwan mehr als zehn Billionen allein im ersten Jahr.

Man weiß, wie prekär die Lage ist. Aber bringt nicht den Mut auf, etwas zu ändern. Wissen ohne Mut nenne ich das.

Dabei gibt es Lösungen:

[1] Durchsetzung des politischen Primats statt Klientelpolitik.

[2] Eine Konzertierte Aktion von Kanzleramt und Industrie zur nachweisbaren Reduzierung von Abhängigkeiten.

[3] Ausbau unserer Beziehungen zu Taiwan unterhalb der Schwelle der diplomatischen Anerkennung — nicht aus Idealismus, sondern zur Abschreckung. Ein Krieg in Ostasien träfe Deutschland sofort und hart.

Wer auch hier auf Mut verzichtet, betreibt keine Außenpolitik mehr.

Sondern Selbstaufgabe.
