A3: I don't have access to a garden or much green space right now so it's not my current situation, but I *love* getting outside, getting my feet on the grass, listening to birdsong (weather pending ofc). I would probably even get up earlier for this if I could. #FreelanceChat
A5: My realistic-ish(?) ideal morning is probably getting up at 7am, getting some fruit and tea in, not rushing yoga stretches/meditation, making space for journalling and finishing up with toast and coffee - all before 10am. #FreelanceChat
A2: I aim for the first but often end up doing the second.
(In theory!) I like the energy of the mornings and aim to get to my desk for 10am. Unfortunately, that means my yoga stretches and meditation practice don't always get a look in π΄ #FreelanceChat
Q1: What do you struggle most with in your mornings?
Haha.. getting up. But for real. I don't know what this pandemic did to me, but I am now a staunch 9-10 hours a night sleeper. I have a beautiful routine planned but often skip it - anyone else feeling this?
