All good but I’d still caution people before buying Sony products.

I bought the Sony XM5 in March last year, and by September this year, one side of the headphones completely stopped working on its own.

What’s worse than a premium product failing just 1.5 years after purchase is the after-sales service, which has been far more disappointing than the product itself.

I’ve been constantly following up with Sony India for months, and yet not a single phone call has been made to me from their side.

Despite getting the product checked and being told there’s no physical damage or fault on my part, @Sony @sony_india is asking me to pay nearly half the cost of the product to replace the assembly for an issue that occurred on its own.

For a brand positioned as “premium,” this level of service is honestly unacceptable.

it would be better to look for alternative brands like @JBLaudio @Sonos @apple @Bose @Sennheiser

No matter which company you buy from, you’re going to spend your hard-earned money. So spend it on a brand that stands by its own product and, more importantly, values the customers who choose to buy it.

After serving the maximum juvenile sentence of one year in youth detention, he is now free.

That is all our legal system is willing to do.
