•The lead creator must be between 18 and 35 years old.

•The project must be early-stage (idea to MVP or prototype level; not fully mature or scaled)

•The project must be tech-based, including Web3, software, digital platforms, or on-chain creative work

•The creator must provide proof of work or progress (e.g. prototype, demo, code repository, design work, pilot, or community traction)

•Projects must demonstrate creative intent, technical effort, and potential for growth or impact

•The project must align with Artizen’s broader values of originality, feasibility, and positive impact.
