@Kantorcodes The map cancels it. Claude Code doesn't kill the hook when the terminal answers, so the hook watches the session's status file: once it leaves "waiting", the hook exits and deletes the pending request.
The map polls every 2s, so the buttons disappear. A late click gets rejected.
@Kantorcodes Update on your question: shipped yesterday. Terminal and VS Code sessions can now have their permission prompts answered from the map too.
Still no PTY writes: a PermissionRequest hook asks the map and waits, and whichever answers first (map or terminal) wins.
Running Claude Code agents in 6 projects at once, I spent half my day alt-tabbing to find which one was waiting on me.
So I built Claude Agent Map: every session on one live map. Whoever needs you shows up first. Chat, approve and start agents from there.

Esse vídeo do ObraVisor é código.
Remotion monta as cenas, o puppeteer navega no app de verdade para capturar as telas e um TTS local narra, em 3 idiomas.
Para a voz soar certo, o roteiro escreve "uátsap" só na narração.

@Kantorcodes Good question! Terminal/VS Code sessions are read-only on the map: it shows their state but never writes to their PTY. Prompts and chat work on background sessions: the map runs claude attach in its own PTY. A closed session can be taken over with claude --bg --resume.

What it does:

answer permission prompts with one click
chat and send images to background sessions
new agent in any project in one click
agents side by side
plan usage (5h / 7d) always visible

No API key: it reads Claude Code's local session files and drives the claude CLI, so it runs on your own login. Nothing leaves 127.0.0.1.
Linux only for now. Feedback and PRs welcome.
