Oh well. Unlucky, would have been a great way to sign the season off!
Proud of these boys and what they’ve done together this season. Now we reset and prepare with more fuel and more hunger next year. COYG 🔴⚪️
The Arsenal dynasty announces itself to the world. The beginning of a prolific, trophy laden journey that we will tell our grandchildren about in the decades to come.
Enjoy it. Revel in it. Savour every moment.
Arsenal have been playing from the back forever. The fans that were moaning were just moaning for moaning’s sake.
A supporter is supposed to give strength to whoever they are supporting even in bad moments. You give them the belief and confidence to lift up themselves. You can do that because you are not the one on the pitch. The stakes are detached for you. You can embody the unreasonable optimism that is needed to overcome impossible odds precisely because you are not the athlete playing on the pitch.
When even the dreaming fans can no longer dream, how do you expect the athlete facing the punch to manifest it?
@grega93 I think he got everything right today except the Eze sub. These results are on the players who were on the pitch. Only so much a manager can do.
Mentally some of these players just aren’t there. Cowering, hiding behind their teammates, no initiative, no balls. On another day, our chances go in and the result is different, but it doesn’t change the reality of some of these guys’ mentality. We really needed a fit Saka.
What have we played, every 3 days since Feb. Injuries everywhere, players half fit, Ode/Saka injuries have stopped our forward play, top of the league and semi final. But yeah lets read the wringing of hands on how awful it must be to watch, i was at an tense game, with a great atmosphere where my team just made it through to a semi final of the best club comeptition in the world, im not reading those articles thanks!.
🗣️ Roy Keane: People like Declan Rice, with leadership skills, need to get a grip of people. People are looking at Mikel Arteta, the fans, no this is on the players. The fans can’t do it for you, the manager can only do so much. Don’t let this slip.” ❌😤
Fans blaming the players for lack of mentality when they can’t handle any dips in form. Ironic. If you don’t have the balls to support this club when things don’t go our way, don’t be there in May when we lift the Prem.
Only those who arrived post Wenger will turn on the club, abuse the badge, and question the manager when it gets hard.
Some of us have lived this, stayed through every collapse and pain. We don’t flinch, we don’t fold, and we don’t flip.
With the club and gaffer. Until the end.
MCFC have been punished, twice, for egregious financial cheating (2014, 2020). They await a verdict on 115+ more counts, on which their lawyers are stalling. There is NO doubt they're a brilliant team with an all-time great manager. But they are cheats.

There is a growing social media trend: large, verified accounts championing Mason Greenwood. It is morally abhorrent when everybody knows the complexities.
