@omoalhajaabiola It depends. If it's built in a place with high demand, then that makes sense. But that's not inclusive of tenant wahala and the money you'd spend renovating it everytime someone packs out.
Even if the technology gap still exists, unlike the space and sea control races, Africa and Africans will have a moderate sized chunk of web3.
